Job summary

Fluor is seeking a seasoned Project Manager to lead large-scale engineering, procurement, and construction efforts within its Mining & Metals group. You will oversee cross-functional teams, ensure safety, quality, and schedule performance, and uphold contractual commitments across diverse locations.

Eligible candidates will have a four-year degree and 14+ years of experience, with strong communication skills for management, clients, and partners.

Qualifications

• Accredited four-year degree in a relevant field.
• 14+ years of related work experience.
• Strong communication with audiences including management, coworkers, clients, vendors, contractors.

Responsibilities

• Ensure Health, Safety and Environmental (HSE) emphasis across all project phases.
• Develop understanding of prime contract and subcontracts.
• Collaborate to prepare project plans in line with OSR/OSIP and contract scope.
• Verify project requirements with the Project Director and maintain baselines.
• Support the Project Director to deliver projects per execution and commercial baselines.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
