Qualifications

• 6 to 15 years post-qualification civil litigation experience.
• Active California Bar strongly preferred.
• Experience with subcontractor, general contractor and multi-party construction disputes.
• Preferred: Second-chair trial experience through preparation and resolution.

Responsibilities

• Independently manage construction defect cases.
• Take ownership of files and trials.
• Handle subcontractor and general contractor disputes.
• Serve as primary client-facing litigator.
• Drive matters from inception through resolution.
