Qualifications

• Seven years' experience adjudicating construction defect claims with exposure of $100,000 or more.
• Ability to articulate financial value to clients, including executives.
• Demonstrate innovative thinking and problem-solving.

Responsibilities

• Adjudicate construction defect claims at the highest authority limits.
• Conduct detailed information gathering and analysis to resolve complex issues.
• Negotiate highly complex settlement packages within authority.
