Qualifications

• Seven years' experience adjudicating construction defect claims with exposure of $100,000 or more.
• Licenses in multiple jurisdictions or ability to obtain them.
• Must have excellent communication skills and ability to build lasting relationships.

Responsibilities

• Adjudicate construction defect claims at the highest authority limits.
• Conduct information gathering, analysis and investigation.
• Negotiate highly complex settlement packages within scope of authority.
