The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of claims management, excellent negotiation skills, and a proven background in construction defect claims. A bachelor’s degree and at least seven years of experience will set you up for success in this position.

Qualifications

• Must have deep knowledge of construction defect claims and customer service focus.
• Ability to regularly exercise discretion and independent judgment with respect to significant matters.
• Proficient in negotiation and claim reserving techniques.

Responsibilities

• Adjudicate complex construction defect claims under broad management direction.
