Qualifications

• Minimum seven years adjudicating construction defect claims with exposure of $100,000 or more.
• Ability to obtain additional licenses within three months of hire.
• Licensed Claims Examiner within 120 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Adjudicate complex construction defect claims.
• Conduct analysis and investigation for solution-finding.
• Prepare documentation and reports for claims.
