Qualifikationen

• JD from an accredited law school and a current Bar license in at least one US state.
• 5–8 years minimum construction law experience.
• Must be able to act decisively, work independently and exercise good judgment.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office suite.
• Construction law experience strongly preferred.

Aufgaben

• Negotiate and structure complex construction, design-build, EPC, engineering, and general contracting and subcontracting agreements.
• Advise on managing project risks, contract strategy, claims, change orders, and dispute resolution.
• Help guide major projects from pursuit and procurement through execution and closeout.
• Deliver practical, business-focused legal counsel that drives successful project outcomes.
