Qualified candidates should possess a JD, an active state bar membership, and over 15 years of related legal experience. Knowledge of construction contracts and risk management will be critical for success in this fully on-site position.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of combined legal experience, including significant construction law experience.
• Active Membership in good standing with a U.S. state bar.
• Experience in large, complex construction or infrastructure projects.
