Qualifications

• 5+ years of program or project management experience.
• Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements.
• Experience owning program strategy, end-to-end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Provide and maintain baseline construction cost estimates, budgets, and financial analysis for improvement of cost forecasting.
• Analyze cost data, historical records, and market trends to ensure accurate and competitive estimates.
• Develop order of magnitude (ROM) cost estimates for program initiation and strategic planning for new and established programs.
• Create systems, tools, and templates for multiple types of estimates and project types including risk assessment.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to align cost objectives and project requirements.
• Engage in value engineering initiatives to identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Prepare and present total cost management performance metrics to leadership.
