Jobot is seeking a Construction Coordinator to coordinate and supervise trades on complex projects. You will develop and maintain schedules, oversee MEP systems, and drive quality control measures across assignments.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in construction coordination, scheduling, and oversight.
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or construction management preferred.
• Deep knowledge of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing systems preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret drawings and specifications.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with other professionals.
• Understanding of safety protocols and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and supervise trades on construction projects.
• Develop and maintain schedules and ensure they are on track.
• Oversee the installation, maintenance, and repair of all MEP systems.
• Develop and implement quality control measures for projects.
• Effectively communicate with client.
• Ensure all safety protocols are followed on site.
• Manage and mentor junior staff.
