Job summary

Danos, LLC is seeking a Construction Coordinator III to provide technical and field support, acting as a liaison among the site team, Project Engineer, and office engineers. The role emphasizes identifying field issues, developing RFIs, interpreting drawings, and driving timely engineering resolutions.

The position focuses on mechanical construction with some electrical exposure, and requires coordinating with multiple project stakeholders to minimize delays and ensure successful field execution.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in construction/field engineering or project coordination.
• Engineering degree preferred; mechanical focus strongly favored.
• Proven RFIs development & issue resolution experience.
• Advanced Work Packaging (AWP) exposure preferred.
• Experience in mechanical construction; electrical exposure a plus.
• Oil & gas or industrial construction background preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret drawings, specs, and work packages.
• Strong communication between field and office teams.
• Experience coordinating with Project Engineers and Contractors.

Responsibilities

• Serve as technical interface between field construction and engineering teams.
• Identify field issues and generate RFIs with clear problems and solutions.
• Review and interpret drawings, specs, and construction documents.
• Support mechanical construction activities; electrical exposure as needed.
• Assist with coordination and resolution of technical issues to minimize delays.
• Support planning and tracking of Advanced Work Packaging activities.
• Coordinate engineering, procurement, and construction information for fieldwork.
• Communicate field conditions and proposed solutions to project leadership.
• Support planning, progress tracking, and coordination across stakeholders.
