Danis is seeking a capable Project Coordinator to support planning, scheduling, and field coordination on our healthcare, education, commercial, and industrial projects.

Work with the Project Manager and Superintendent to update schedules, manage submittals, RFIs, shop drawings, and maintain accurate project records.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Construction Management preferred.
• 2–5 years of construction experience (internship or full-time) with a general contractor.
• Familiarity with construction drawings, specifications, and project management tools.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• A proactive, team-oriented mindset and interest in growing your career with Danis.

Responsabilidades

• Assist the Project Manager and Superintendent in managing daily administrative and technical project activities.
• Develop and update project schedules, helping coordinate work among subcontractors, suppliers, and field teams.
• Participate in constructability reviews and site logistics planning to identify and address potential challenges early.
• Serve as a communication link between owners, designers, and field personnel, ensuring timely information flow.
• Support self-perform operations and subcontractor activities by monitoring progress and documentation through project management software.
