Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is required.
• CPA strongly preferred, but not mandatory.
• Significant progressive leadership experience in the construction industry.

Responsibilities

• Lead accounting and controllership for the business unit and mentor the finance team.
• Own monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes with GAAP-compliant reporting.
• Provide financial analysis, explain performance and variances to leadership.
• Manage cash, forecasting, collections, and disbursements.
• Oversee construction revenue recognition, WIP schedules, and project profitability.
• Maintain internal controls, SOX compliance, and coordinate audits.
