Job summary

STV is seeking an experienced Commercial Manager to join our PMCM team in Mount Pleasant, Wisconsin. This full-time, on-site role focuses on contract administration, change management, claims evaluation, and commercial risk mitigation for a large-scale construction project.

The Senior Commercial Manager will lead contractual matters throughout the project lifecycle, requiring deep knowledge of contract terms, delivery methods, and project controls. Experience with CMAR is highly preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
• 7+ years of progressively responsible construction project/ commercial management experience.
• Experience with CMAR delivery environment preferred.
• Experience with large, complex construction projects and contract administration.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the project's SME on contractual and commercial matters.
• Interpret and administer contract terms and conditions across stakeholders.
• Review and evaluate contract requirements, obligations, risks, and entitlements.
• Provide guidance on commercial strategies to project leadership.
• Lead change order evaluation and management.
• Assess schedule, cost, and entitlement impacts of changes.
• Review contractor claims and analyze disruption and delay impacts.
• Support risk mitigation and dispute avoidance through documentation.
