Job summary

STV in Mount Pleasant, Wisconsin is seeking an experienced Commercial Manager to join our PMCM team on a large-scale construction project. You will lead contract administration, change management, and risk-focused commercial activities on site.

The role requires strong negotiation, analytical, and stakeholder-management skills, with at least 7 years in construction commercial management, CMAR experience preferred. On-site work and full-time hours are required; STV offers comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CM, Eng, or related field.
• 7+ years of construction project/commercial management experience.
• Experience with CMAR or similar delivery model.
• Strong contract, change order, and claims knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Provide contract & commercial management for the project.
• Lead change management including PCOs and contract modifications.
• Review and analyze contractor claims, cost and schedule impacts.
• Coordinate project controls, forecasting, budget, and cost management with teams.
