Qualifications

• Experience in complex commercial, construction, or sophisticated civil litigation.
• Excellent research, analytical reasoning, and persuasive writing skills.
• Ability to independently manage complex assignments and significant litigation responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Handle complex commercial, construction, and infrastructure litigation and arbitration.
• Independently conduct legal research, factual investigations, and document analysis.
• Draft complex motions, briefs, memoranda, and other substantive litigation materials.
• Analyze intricate contractual disputes, engineering issues, construction schedules, and technical evidence.
• Manage extensive discovery and document-intensive litigation involving substantial electronic records.
• Work closely with expert witnesses, technical consultants, and experienced litigators.
• Take meaningful ownership of litigation assignments, case strategy, depositions, and hearing preparation.
