This hybrid role partners across departments to review and negotiate a diverse range of agreements. The ideal candidate has substantial experience drafting and negotiating supplier and technology contracts, with strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Draft, negotiate, and review a wide variety of commercial and technical contracts.
• Partner across the firm to streamline procurement and contracting processes.
• Ensure contract intake is complete and business-ready for legal review.
• Support Procurement with SLAs, training, and practical legal guidance.
• Serve as a trusted advisor on supplier contracts and risk management.
• Escalate complex legal matters to appropriate firm counsel.
• Develop and maintain supplier contracting policies and compliance practices.
• Monitor legal developments and recommend proactive updates.
• Help develop and maintain firm-wide supplier contract templates.
• Support contracting training and knowledge-sharing across the firm.
• Foster a collaborative and high-performing team environment.
