Talson Solutions, LLC, headquartered in Philadelphia, PA, seeks a senior professional to lead an engagement team in construction audits, contract reviews, and invoicing assessments. You will also review policies and procedures and verify project reporting to identify risks affecting completion.

Ideal candidates have 10+ years in accounting/finance/engineeering, quality management, cost control, or project management, with a Bachelor’s degree and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree.
• 10 years of experience in accounting, finance, engineering, or quality management systems, cost control, construction/project management.
• CPA, CIA, CCA, CQA, or similar certification preferred but not required.
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to create good rapport with clients, colleagues and build relationships effectively.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• High level of self-initiative and the ability to work independently as well as with a team.

Responsabilités

• Lead an engagement team in conducting construction audits.
• Perform contract reviews and assess design and construction invoicing.
