Qualifications

• Minimum Bachelor's degree.
• 10 years of experience in accounting, finance, engineering, or quality management systems, cost control, construction/project management.
• CPA, CIA, CCA, CQA, or similar certification preferred but not required.
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to create good rapport with clients, colleagues and build relationships effectively.
• Ability to represent Talson and its services, including conducting presentations.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• High level of self-initiative and the ability to work independently as well as with a team.

Responsibilities

• Lead an engagement team in conducting construction audits.
• Perform contract reviews and assess design and construction invoicing.
• Review policies and procedures and verify project status reporting.
• Identify risks impacting successful project completion and communicate findings.
