Job summary

RAVE Aerospace LLC is seeking a Senior Systems Engineer for SATCOM and RF Connectivity in Brea, California. The role involves system-level engineering across the lifecycle of satellite communications and In-Flight Connectivity products with a focus on RF signal chains. Responsibilities include requirements definition, system and subsystem design, and technical documentation management.

The successful candidate will have more than 6 years of experience in Systems Engineering, particularly in aerospace settings, excellent knowledge of SATCOM systems, and the ability to engage with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in Systems Engineering, preferably in aerospace.
• Working knowledge of SATCOM systems and RF communication.
• Experience collaborating with customers and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Translate customer needs into verifiable system requirements.
• Develop and maintain system architectures for SATCOM solutions.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship for junior engineers.
