Job summary

Community Health Systems is hiring a Cerner MDI/BMDI Analyst to join our EHR Team. This role will implement, manage, and modernize the Cerner Lab MDI and BMDI connectivity, supporting integration across labs, anesthesia, patient monitoring, and infusion devices.

You will collaborate with project teams, guide stakeholders, participate in testing and conversion activities, and help establish best practices for device integration and risk mitigation in client engagements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 1 year direct application experience.
• 0-6 years direct application experience required
• 3-6 years direct application experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Provide implementation service for medical device connectivity products including CareAware Bedside Medical Device Integration (BMDI), CareAware Lab Medical Device Integration (MDI), CareAware Infusion Suite, and CareAware VitalsLink.
• Resolves complex problems and exercises independent judgment in developing processes and success factors.
• Consult with internal project stakeholders, verify configuration requests, and share project status and timelines.
• Stay up to date on Cerner best practices for continuous modernization of the EHR.
• Support regular project events, testing calls, and conversion support; guide stakeholders and project teams across deployments.
