Job summary

G2 Ops, Inc. is seeking a Mid-Senior Cyber Analyst to support the PAE Mission Systems CHENG organization. You will provide Continuous Monitoring (ConMon) technical assessment and oversight of cybersecurity posture across programs using ConMon data, tools, and reporting.

You will evaluate risk, identify trends, and work with program teams to drive remediation and actions, coordinating across engineering, cybersecurity, RMF, network, and government stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Strong background in cybersecurity engineering, operations, or continuous monitoring.
• Experience interpreting vulnerability, network, endpoint, security-control, and monitoring data.
• Familiarity with RMF, STIGs/SRGs, and DoD cybersecurity requirements.

Responsibilities

• Review and assess cybersecurity posture using ConMon data and vulnerability findings.
• Evaluate outputs from cybersecurity capabilities such as ACAS/Tenable, SIEM, and network monitoring.
• Correlate information across tools to identify systemic risks and trends.
• Coordinate with program teams to address risks and track remediation.
• Provide recommendations to CHENG leadership regarding posture and actions.
