AGE Solutions is seeking a Cybersecurity Engineer Mid - Continuous Monitoring to support a DoD cybersecurity risk management program. The role requires TS clearance, IT-related degree, and hands-on experience with RMF and security tools at a DoD contract.

You will develop ConMon strategies, create SOPs, perform ongoing assessments, and produce weekly reports. On-site work is required at Ft. Meade, MD; Chambersburg, PA; or Alexandria, VA with competitive compensation.

Qualifications

• U.S. Citizenship required and active DoD Top Secret clearance.
• Bachelor's degree in IT or related field or equivalent professional experience.
• DoD 8570 IA Technical (IAT) or IAM Level II certification.
• Five years of experience in cybersecurity, systems engineering, or a related field.
• Proficiency with Qmulos, Splunk, ACAS, Axonius, CheckMark, BURP, HBSS and RMF/NIST guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Utilize security tools to assess, validate, and monitor enterprise and system-level controls.
• Develop and maintain the ConMon Strategy and SOP for lifecycle IT systems.
• Conduct continuous security control assessments and generate status reports.
• Ensure RMF packages and eMASS mappings reflect current posture.
• Coordinate with system and security administrators to resolve data issues.
• Provide real-time security status metrics and notify Government of posture changes within 60 minutes.
