Job summary

AGE Solutions is seeking a Cybersecurity Engineer Mid - Continuous Monitoring to support a DoD cybersecurity risk management program. You will develop and maintain ConMon strategies, monitor controls using Qmulos, Splunk, ACAS, and more, and coordinate RMF packaging in eMASS. Candidates must have TS clearance and DoD credentials.

The role is full-time and on-site in Ft. Meade, MD, with salary projected at $70,000+ depending on experience, certifications, and qualifications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (IT-related field preferred) or equivalent experience.
• DoD 8570 IA Technical (IAT) or IAM Level II certification.
• 5+ years in cybersecurity, systems engineering, or related field.
• Proficiency with RMF, NIST SP 800-37/53, CNSSI 1253.

Responsibilities

• Assess, validate, and monitor security controls using listed tools.
• Develop and maintain the ConMon Strategy for A&A mission.
• Create/update the ConMon SOP for lifecycle IT systems.
• Conduct continuous security control assessments for ISs under the organization.
• Generate weekly security control status reports from live tool data.
• Ensure ConMon controls are in RMF packages in eMASS.
• Report system risk status using the DISA-approved tool.
• Maintain the ConMon Dashboard and track POA&M, CMRS, and asset management.
