Boehringer Ingelheim seeks a CMM Manager to lead planning and execution of internal meetings, incentives, HCP events, congresses, and other high-profile programs for Human Pharma. You will coordinate with meeting owners, agencies, and suppliers to ensure compliant, cost-effective experiences from intake to closeout.

The role emphasizes partnership with CMM Leads, risk mitigation, and process improvement to build capabilities for broader CMM leadership.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or higher with several years of experience in meeting/event management or project management.
  • Experience managing meetings, events, or programs from intake to closeout.
  • Ability to manage multiple programs, budgets, timelines, vendors, and stakeholders in a deadline-driven environment.
  • Strong communication, vendor management, and financial tracking skills.
  • Proficiency with MS Office and event/project management systems.

Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute assigned meetings from intake through closeout in line with CMM standards, playbooks, and policies.
  • Define objectives, scope, timelines, budgets, and success measures with meeting owners.
  • Coordinate end-to-end planning with agencies and suppliers (venue, registration, F&B, production, communications, travel).
  • Support planning for large-scale, launch, or complex meetings with CMM Leads.
  • Develop and maintain project plans, milestone schedules, logs, materials, and post-event summaries.
