Job summary

The Bachrach Group is seeking an experienced Conflicts Analyst to support the Conflicts Manager in a dynamic law firm environment. You will handle escalated conflicts matters, coordinate with attorneys and departments, and help maintain a cohesive team atmosphere while ensuring timely responses and accurate records.

The ideal candidate has a JD and at least three years in a mid- to large-sized law firm, with advanced proficiency in Intapp and related conflict software.

Qualifications

• J.D. required, or equivalent education and experience.
• Minimum of three years’ experience in a law firm.
• Experience drafting waivers and reviewing engagement letters.
• Familiarity with ethical screen implementation preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Analyze new business intake and conflict checks for lateral hires and RFPs.
• Serve as a point of contact for attorneys and departments on conflicts issues.
• Collaborate to negotiate terms and maintain detailed records.
• Support ethical walls implementation and documentation.
• Oversee conflicts review for lateral candidates and waivers.
• Conduct thorough conflicts searches from research to final analysis.
• Mentor junior team members and assist Conflicts Manager on projects.
• Take on additional tasks and projects as assigned.
