Job summary

IPSecure, Inc. seeks a Configuration Manager with TS/SCI clearance to support JBSA Lackland in San Antonio, TX. The role focuses on configuration management, network engineering, RMF/C&A compliance, and extensive technical documentation across DoW test environments.

You will maintain baselines, support risk management activities, and contribute to system evolution, integration, and inspections. Strong documentation and collaboration across PMOs are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a IT-related field or equivalent experience.
• Active TS/SCI clearance is required.
• Experience with RMF/C&A processes and DoW requirements.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain configuration management plans and baseline configuration documentation.
• Establish hardware, software, and firmware baselines including versions and licenses.
• Support RMF/C&A activities and prepare related artifacts.
• Produce and maintain network and engineering drawings and documentation.
• Provide technical support across system evolution, testing, and integration activities.
• Chair or participate in change boards and IPTs.
