Job summary

Amatriot Group, LLC is seeking a Configuration Manager to ensure disciplined release governance and baseline control across a complex environment. You will lead cross-functional teams spanning engineering, DevOps, cyber, data, and product management to coordinate release planning and validation.

The ideal candidate has TS/SCI clearance, DoD-focused CM experience, and demonstrated ability to drive readiness, manage dependencies, and maintain auditable CM records in fast-paced settings.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI clearance.
• Bachelor’s degree with 8+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience leading CM, change management, deployment coordination, or baseline management for complex systems.
• Proven experience coordinating releases across multiple environments.
• Experience with Agile/DevOps workflows and traceability tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end configuration management across dev through IL5/IL6 production.
• Own CM plans, release procedures, baseline controls, governance models, and change workflows.
• Manage release calendars, readiness criteria, deployment windows, and rollback planning.
• Coordinate release planning across engineering, DevOps, cloud, data, test, cyber, and operations teams.
• Facilitate release readiness reviews, CABs, go/no-go reviews, and retrospectives.
• Ensure CM records, release evidence, and traceability across systems.
