Belay Technologies is seeking a Senior Configuration Manager to join our intel team in Columbia, MD. You will design and maintain complex, resource-loaded schedules for development and operations, coordinating with cross-functional teams and ensuring master schedules align with program goals.

You will manage CM baselines, apply CI/CD practices, and drive change control across multiple systems, ensuring alignment with IMPs and investment portfolios.

Qualifications

• TS/SCI Clearance with polygraph.
• 12 years’ Scheduler experience in complex programs.
• Bachelor’s degree required; 4 years additional scheduling may substitute it.
• 2 years of experience managing a schedule for eng. hardware/software programs (MS Project/Primavera).
• Advanced MS Project or Primavera course with proven use.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain resource-loaded schedules for implementation, development and operations.
• Coordinate with development and operations teams to keep schedules current.
• Use or recommend automated tools like MS Project, Primavera or mandated software.
• Develop or modify CM plans, policies, and CI/CD integration with software teams.
• Maintain Master Program/Project Schedule and link to IMPs and portfolios.
• Develop layered schedules and IMPs showing progress toward requirements and objectives.
• Maintain status of linkages and dependencies across related projects.
