Belay Technologies is seeking a Configuration Manager to join our intel team in Maryland. The role focuses on configuration management for developmental and operational systems, including baselines and change control across lifecycles.

Qualified candidates will hold TS/SCI with polygraph, have 8 years CM experience, and a related degree with substitutions allowed; the position offers comprehensive benefits and a competitive compensation package.

Qualifications

• TS/SCI clearance with polygraph (CI Poly within 5 years)
• Eight (8) years’ CM experience in programs/contracts of similar scope, type and complexity
• Bachelor’s degree in a technical or business discipline; four (4) years of additional CM experience may substitute for a bachelor’s
• A Master’s degree may be substituted for two (2) years of experience, thereby reducing total years
• If assigned to a developmental program, one (1) year of experience using a source code control system for a developmental program of similar scope and complexity

Responsibilities

• Configuration management of developmental and operational systems across lifecycles
• Create and maintain configuration baselines (development, test, production)
• Develop or modify CM plans, policies, and procedures
• Implement CM discipline from initial requirements baselines to end-of-life
• Perform change control and configuration audits
