Belay Technologies is seeking a Configuration Manager to join our intel team in Columbia, Maryland. This role handles CM for developmental and operational systems, maintaining baselines and implementing CM policies throughout the system life cycle.

Applicants must have TS/SCI clearance with polygraph and 8 years of CM experience, plus a technical or business bachelor’s degree (master’s substitution allowed). Belay offers a competitive compensation package and robust benefits.

Qualifications

• Eight years of CM experience in programs of similar scope.
• TS/SCI clearance with polygraph.
• Bachelor’s degree in a technical or business discipline is required; four years of additional CM experience may substitute for a bachelor’s degree.
• A Master’s degree may substitute for two years of experience, thereby reducing total years of experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop and modify CM plans, policies, and procedures tailored to system complexity and scope.
• Maintain configuration baselines for development, test, and production environments.
• Implement CM discipline across the full life cycle from initial requirements to end-of-life.
• Perform change control and configuration audits.
