Job summary

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in software engineering.
• 5+ years of experience with software configuration management.
• Experience managing multiple concurrent software baselines in a collaborative development environment.
• Active TS/SCI clearance; willingness to take a polygraph exam

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, implementation, and maintenance of software configuration management across multiple development teams and baselines.
• Establish and enforce version control strategies, including branching, tagging, and release practices.
• Maintain and evolve baseline tracking with changes, builds, and traceability of requirements to code/docs.
• Coordinate with development and Cybersecurity teams to consolidate inventories and manage change control boards (CCBs).
• Mentor junior engineers on configuration control, source management, and build integrity; support audits and reviews.
