Job summary

Red Arch Solutions is seeking a Configuration Manager in Annapolis Junction, Maryland. The role focuses on CM of developmental and operational systems, creating and maintaining baselines, and employing automated CM tools to enforce CM policies across the full system life cycle.

The position requires TS/SCI with Polygraph and extensive CM experience, with a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. Competitive benefits and compensation are provided.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI with Polygraph required.
• Eight years of CM experience in programs/contracts of similar scope.
• Bachelor's degree required; 4 years additional CM experience may substitute; Master’s may substitute for 2 years.

Responsibilities

• Manage CM for developmental and operational systems.
• Develop and maintain CM baselines (development, test, production).
• Recommend and use automated CM tools to implement CM policies.
• Develop or modify CM plans, policies, and procedures.
• Apply CM discipline across system life cycle from requirements to end-of-life.
• Perform change control and configuration audits.
