Job summary

Leidos Defense is seeking a Configuration Management Analyst to join a diverse team delivering solutions in defense, space, and IT. The role focuses on configuration identification, change management, and documentation in a PLM environment, with on-site work a minimum of 4 days per week.

Ideal candidates will have a 4-year degree, 4–8 years of related experience, and strong PLM tool knowledge. Active DoD clearance is preferred; relocation to Huntsville area may be required.

Qualifications

• 4-year degree in a relevant field and 4–8 years of experience.
• Resident of North Alabama or willing to relocate to the Huntsville area.
• Detailed knowledge of PLM tools and BOMs, technical docs, drawings and specifications.
• Detailed knowledge of configuration change management principles and record types.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; Visio experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Review design release documents for configuration identification and proper authorizations.
• Create/maintain CM plans, project configuration forms, and audit records in a PLM system.
• Produce CSA reports and data pulls, as required, and support CM team members.
• Collaborate with CM, engineering, manufacturing, quality, and customers across the lifecycle.
• Work on site for a minimum of 4+ days a week.
