Job summary

Command Cyber Solutions, LLC seeks a Senior Configuration Manager to support Hill CEDC IT Operations & Maintenance Services at Hill AFB, Utah. Establish and maintain the configuration baseline for hardware, software, network, and infrastructure in on-premises and hybrid environments.

The role coordinates with engineering, operations, and cybersecurity teams to ensure all changes are documented, authorized, and compliant with DoD and Air Force policies. Active Secret clearance required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in IT or related field with 5-7 years of CM/CMDB experience in a DoD or data center environment.
• 5-7 years of configuration management, change control, and CMDB experience in a DoD or enterprise data center.
• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow, JIRA, and version control tools (Git).
• Security+ CE and ITIL Foundation or higher are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Baseline Management: Develop and maintain a hardware/software/configuration baseline.
• Custodian & Inventory Control: Perform equipment custodian duties and inventory management.
• CMDB Administration: Maintain CMDB with high accuracy and traceability.
• Compliance & Drift Remediation: Detect and remediate unauthorized drift to 95%+ compliance.
• Change Coordination: Manage change activities using ServiceNow and JIRA.
• Traceability & Version Control: Maintain 100% traceability of changes with version control.
• Review Board Collaboration: Participate in CCB and ERB/CrossTalk reviews.
• Risk & Rollback Planning: Coordinate risk assessments and rollback plans for changes.
• Monthly CM Reporting: Deliver monthly configuration reports.
