Belay Technologies is seeking a Configuration Manager to join our intel team in Columbia, Maryland. The CM will manage configuration baselines for developmental and operational systems and implement CM policies across the full life cycle, including change control and audits.

Qualifications

• Top secret clearance with polygraph is required.
• 8 years’ experience as a CM in programs/contracts of similar scope.
• Bachelor’s degree in a technical or business discipline required; 4 years CM experience may substitute for a degree.
• Master’s degree may substitute for two years of CM experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage CM for developmental and operational systems across baselines (dev, test, prod).
• Develop/modify CM plans, policies, and procedures tailored to project scope.
• Implement CM discipline through full system life cycle from requirements to end-of-life.
• Perform change control and configuration audits.
