Job summary

P3S CORPORATION seeks a Configuration Manager in South Dakota to oversee configuration governance, baselines, change control, and documentation for the FMWorkFlow and related DoD programs at Ellsworth AFB. You will ensure traceability, quality of deliverables, and compliance with applicable security and privacy requirements.

Qualifications

• Minimum eight years of progressively responsible IT, engineering, cybersecurity, quality, or configuration-management experience.
• At least three years supporting Federal or DoD technical programs.
• At least three years managing configuration baselines, change controls, quality controls, schedules, risks, technical documentation, releases, or technical deliverables.
• Experience coordinating configuration/change activities across infrastructure, database, cybersecurity, systems administration, and development/test functions.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the configuration-management framework, configuration records, and approved technical baselines for applicable environments and assets.
• Coordinate engineering-change packages and maintain end-to-end traceability from change request through baseline update.
• Coordinate, document, track, and validate configuration changes for patches, updates, enhancements, system modifications, and related directives.
• Track and verify implementation of IAVA, TCNO, and related directives within prescribed timelines.
• Maintain configuration-management controls for development and test assets, including controlled states and release controls.
• Support engineering validation of patches, updates, enhancements, and system modifications before production release.
• Conduct internal quality reviews and support Government QASP surveillance and readiness reviews.
