Responsibilities

• Create, package, post online, and hand deliver product releases, configuration reports, CDs, and post receipts.
• Coordinate and communicate with stakeholders and customers for configuration management and documentation needs.
• Create trouble tickets as necessary.
• Maintain online delivery methods for various software packages and provide continual process improvement.
• Maintain Program Configuration Management Plan.
• Provide program data management and legacy server space optimization.
• Review and update workflows and planning documents as needed.
• Facilitate or attend meetings as required.
