Job summary

Lyntris is seeking a Senior Configuration Management Professional in Indiana to organize schedules and coordinate enterprise PLM systems for DoD customers. The role requires collaboration with internal and external stakeholders and 5+ years of CM experience.

The candidate should hold an active U.S. security clearance, typically a bachelor’s degree, and strong analytical and communication skills. Hybrid/remote work options support a flexible work arrangement.

Qualifications

• Active U.S. security clearance required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Configuration Management.
• Proficiency with Office tools and documentation platforms (Confluence/SharePoint).
• Knowledge of DoD software development policies and artifacts (CDRL, SDD, ICD).

Responsibilities

• Develop Configuration Management Plans and Implementation Strategy.
• Establish baseline control processes and release readiness criteria.
• Lead Configuration Management activities and ensure baselines and docs are current.
• Coordinate configuration changes among engineering, logistics, supply, and program management.
• Maintain configuration status accounting and reflect changes in data.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
