Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CM, PLM, or systems engineering.
• 9+ years in CM, PLM, or systems engineering in aerospace/defense.
• In-scope security background investigation (TS/SSBI) and SCI eligibility.

Responsibilities

• Define Baseline Architectures for spacecraft, payload, and ground segments.
• Create a Configuration Item (CI) tree for subsystems.
• Assign unique identifiers and serial numbers to hardware and software.
• Manage Engineering Change Proposals (ECPs) and deviations/waivers.
• Run the Configuration Control Board (CCB) and review changes.
• Assess impacts on cost, schedule, risk and interfaces.
• Record and report baselines, ECPs, and variances.
• Track As-Built vs As-Designed configurations.
• Conduct FCA and PCA audits prior to shipment.
