Job summary

Southeastern Computer Consultants, Inc. (SCCI) seeks a Configuration Management Analyst III to advance CM processes for ship training scenarios in a partially classified environment.

You will ensure documentation packages for ACTS, ATD, and BFTT are accurate and complete, and support SCSTC missions from the Dahlgren, VA site. The role requires solid CM experience, formal communication with Navy leadership, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• U.S. citizenship and an active Secret Security Clearance.
• High School Diploma.
• Minimum of five years in Configuration Management or auditing support.
• Strong MS Office and Adobe Pro skills.
• Excellent written and oral communication abilities.
• Ability to work independently or in a team.

Responsibilities

• Input scenario training media data into ACCESS and SIMS databases.
• Generate transmittals, destruction certificates, and media status reports as needed.
• Capture meeting minutes for COR distribution per CDRL items.
• Perform quality assurance of configuration data and classified media items.
• Generate/update briefs and attend meetings as required.
• Execute and update a change management process for multiple product lines.
• Assist in updating Documentation Packages across Training Systems.
• Provide Ship's Systems Test Officer (STO) delivery notifications and release information.
• Produce weekly activity reports and CDRLs with deliveries and agendas.
