Job summary

SCCI is seeking a Configuration Management (CM) Analyst III to join our Training Tools Team in Dahlgren, VA. The role focuses on executing high-quality CM across multiple product lines and delivering documentation for ship training scenarios in ACTS, ATD, and BFTT.

On-site work includes a classified environment and collaboration with Navy leadership. Qualified candidates will have at least five years in CM/auditing, US Citizenship with an active Secret clearance, strong MS Office skills, and the

Qualifications

• U.S. Citizenship and a active Secret clearance are required.
• High school diploma is required.
• Minimum five years of CM or auditing experience.
• Knowledge of CM principles, methods, and techniques.
• Excellent oral communication and ability to present to Navy leadership.
• Strong documentation and writing ability.
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Adobe Pro.
• Self-starter able to learn new technologies quickly.
• Able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Capable of working independently or with a team.
• Attention to detail with a drive for quality and results.

Responsibilities

• Input scenario training media data into ACCESS and SIMS.
• Generate transmittals, destruction certificates, and reports.
• Capture meeting minutes and distribute action items.
• Perform QA of configuration data and classified media.
• Generate/update briefs and attend meetings as required.
• Execute and update change management across multiple product lines.
• Help update Documentation Packages with scenario library revisions.
• Provide STO delivery notices and media issue assistance.
• Provide weekly metrics via reports and CD RLs.
