Qualifications

• Experience leading CM and release engineering for complex software.
• Proven ability to work in regulated or federal environments.
• Strong knowledge of CM processes: identification, baselining, change control, status accounting.
• Familiarity with source control systems and branching strategies.
• Hands-on scripting for automation (Bash, PowerShell, Python).
• Experience with IaC and environment management (Ansible, Terraform).

Responsibilities

• Lead CM and release activities across multiple environments.
• Develop and maintain CM tools for identification, control, reporting, delivery.
• Design build procedures to support product development and use.
• Train developers in CM tools and quality standards.
• Collaborate with stakeholders; mentor junior engineers.
