dormakaba International Holding AG in Reamstown, PA is seeking a Configuration Engineer to ensure that product structures, BOMs, change orders, and configuration documentation are accurate and aligned with engineering requirements.

You will manage configurations across the product lifecycle, maintain ERP data, lead ECRs/ECOs, and collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, and supply chain to assess impacts of changes.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of configuration engineering or manufacturing engineering experience.
• Understanding of business principles, strategic planning, budgeting, and KPIs.
• Strong technical expertise with ERP systems and BOM structures.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and manage product configurations and BOMs throughout the product lifecycle.
• Sustain item master integrity and maintain product databases and ERP systems.
• Lead and manage Engineering Change Requests and Engineering Change Orders across departments.
• Assess impact of configuration changes on manufacturing, supply chain, and quality processes.
• Partner with engineering, manufacturing, and supply chain to align on product changes.
