Job summary

L3Harris Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Configuration Data/Document Control D to provide hardware CM support and document control across multiple program teams in Palm Bay, FL.

The role includes logging, filing, and tracking drawings and documents, and delivering SDRL/CDRL items per contract requirements. You will work with SOWs, DIDs, and various data management tools to ensure accurate baselines and reporting.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent with 8+ years of relevant experience.
• 2 years post-secondary/Associate’s Degree with 4+ years of related experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide hardware configuration management (CM) support.
• Serve as program liaison, document and record meeting minutes and action items for meetings with team and customers.
• Work independently with action items owners to ensure completion on time.
• Review SOW and DIDs; create CDRL/SDRL deliverables per requirements.
• Format, edit, review and produce CDRL/SDRL documents for delivery.
• Utilize Data Management Tools such as MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint to support program needs.
• Know and use tools including SharePoint, SharePoint-based tools, PDM, and Sunflower.
• Accurately manage (enter/modify) data and provide reports using the tools.
• Maintain program processes and documentation as required.
