The role involves collaborating with design and program teams, managing CM toolsets, and supporting audits and continuous improvement initiatives. A CM-focused background with PLM/CM software experience is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and minimum 4 years of relevant CM experience.
• Experience with configuration management processes and controls.
• Familiarity with CM tools and product lifecycle management systems such as PLM, Windchill, or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Apply CM documentation, processes, and principles in an Agile environment to maintain traceability of items and baselines.
• Review and authorize release of drawings and docs per management direction.
• Liaise between management and cross-functional teams to resolve CM issues and protect baseline integrity.
• Administer CM toolsets (PDM, Windchill, Confluence, SharePoint) and related systems.
• Facilitate CCB process by evaluating design changes for impact on the baseline.
• Provide CM training and support to project teams on CM methods and tools.
• Lead or support continuous improvement of CM processes and tools.
• Support program audits and resolve audit findings; assist with cost estimates and CM planning.
