NAVAL AIR SYSTEMS COMMAND is seeking a Supervisory Management Analyst in the Configuration Management Department to lead planning, direction, and execution of CM/DM programs for multiple weapons systems. Aufgaben

• Manage planning, direction, and timely execution of the Configuration Management and Data Management program for multiple weapons systems
• Oversee workload assignment, promotion and reassignment of staff and evaluation of their performance; provide advice, counsel and instruction to employees on work matters and developmental needs
• Determine the nature and scope of a weapons system's upgrade or problem through extensive probing and analysis
• Establish and maintain CM/DM policies and procedures in conjunction with other services, Navy SYSCOMS, and private industry, and provide planning, development, and execution for all Navy and Marine Corps programs
• Review multi-year work plans to upgrade and modify weapon systems, with familiarity of the OSIP budget
