You will define, implement, and maintain CM processes, baselines, and tools across product lines, ensuring integrity, traceability, and compliance throughout the lifecycle.

This role requires leadership of CM activities, collaboration with engineering, QA, and manufacturing, and mentoring other analysts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in engineering/CS/IS.
• 5+ years in configuration management, change management, or product lifecycle roles.
• Knowledge of CM principles: versioning, baselines, traceability, audits.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain configuration management policies and standards.
• Define and maintain baselines for hardware, software, and documentation.
• Coordinate documentation planning to meet contract requirements.
• Lead CM tools and processes across multiple projects.
• Manage change control and release activities.
