Overview

Raytheon Field Engineering is seeking a Configuration Analyst to support the Trident Integrated Support Facility (ISF) program, based in Pittsfield, MA. This role will be part of the Logistics and Production Control (LPC) Team and will provide support for configuration management activities in a manufacturing/repair facility for precision aerospace hardware.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with manufacturing, procurement, and quality teams to ensure timely delivery of parts and materials in support of factory activities.
• Create/maintain technical data packages (Repair Plans, Vendor TDP, BOE).
• Inventory control support and data transmission for configuration, performance, and hardware status.
• Prepare acceptance packages for customer submittal.
• Perform impact analysis for changes in contract requirements documentation.
• Create/review Quality History Packages.
• Analyze Factory Operation Systems and coordinate between functions for continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Must Have: Typically requires a Bachelor’s in science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) and a minimum of 5 years of prior relevant experience. Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance is required. U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance. Experience reading engineering drawings. Experience with production flow and recommending efficiency.
• Preferred: Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to interface with people of multiple disciplines and job functions, including engineers, program managers, production personnel, and outside vendors. A self-starter willing to work in a fast-paced production environment. Experience in a manufacturing/production environment. Ability to manage projects, schedules, budgets, and priorities. Current active security clearance. Prior work experience in a military/government related position.
