LIMRA and LOMA are seeking a Senior Event Planner to lead end-to-end planning and execution of major industry events. This role focuses on delivering exceptional events, managing budgets, coordinating with vendors, and ensuring post-event analysis to drive future improvements.

The ideal candidate has 2–3 years of event planning experience, strong vendor management skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Marketing, Business, or Communications.
• 2–3 years experience planning and executing events of varying sizes.
• Experience managing multiple conferences up to 5 per year.
• Ability to manage external vendor resources and relationships.
• Team-oriented but capable of working independently.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee end-to-end lifecycle of events from concept to completion and post-event analysis.
• Manage budgets, vendor relations, contracts, and logistics for multiple conferences.
• Coordinate pre-event marketing, onsite execution, and post-event follow-up.
• Build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
